We are an organic grocery store. We obtain our products locally and from all over the world, often from small, uniquely dedicated food artisans. We strive to offer the highest quality, least processed, most flavorful and naturally preserved foods. Why? Because food in its purest state - unadulterated by artificial additives, sweeteners, colorings and preservatives - is the best tasting and most nutritious food available.

We also believe that companies, like individuals, must assume their share of responsibility as tenants of Planet Earth. We actively support organic farming and Fair Trade,both locally and globally because they are crucial in promoting sustainable agriculture and protecting the environment and farm workers. We recycle over 99% of waste, and support or undertake local environmental initiatives. On a local basis, we are actively involved in our community by supporting food banks, sponsoring neighborhood events, and supporting specific local and provincial non-profit organizations.
