Different Diets.

There are many diets out there, some are dangerous fads, most have some elements of common sense and nutritional wisdom in them.  We are not going to recommend a diet to you or for you, but certain things are obvious and apply to everyone.  Under "What is The Best Diet" I have linked to sites describing some of the more widespread, nutritionally sound diets or concepts.  If a diet is not listed here, it is not that we are saying it is bad, we just haven't listed it.

There are also some cleansing techniques to help you get rid of toxins, cholesterol and so on.  We have links to sites which discuss such matters.

 

What Is The Healthiest Diet?

Different bodies need different diets.  Different preferences demand different diets.  I'm not going to say that vegetarian is better than meat eating, or that humans need meat.  You can go either way and be abundantly healthy.  Whether vegetarian or carnivorous, the key thing is to have good balance.  Lots of fibre, adequate and complete protein, a caloric count appropriate for the persons activity level, lots of greens for vitamins, some source of calcium and other minerals and ample clean water, and the person has the dietary requirements to be healthy.  We feel that organic food and filtered water are important in minimizing the number of toxic substances that enter your body.  This in turn (I feel) reduces your risk of developing cancers and some other debilitating diseases. We have the ingredients for a healthy and chemical free diet for you and your family, whatever diet you choose. 

Exercise is also important to a healthy body.  It may not be diet related, but it is health related.  A poor diet with lots of exercise may be as healthy as a good diet with no exercise.  Neither is remotely as healthy as a good diet with lots of exercise.  We can provide the food,  you must choose the lifestyle that will be most beneficial to your health and happiness.  Good luck!
