Eat Healthy Foods is an organic grocery store in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  We opened for business on July 2, 1996.  We operate in a manner that minimizes our ecological impact and by favoring local and fairly traded products, we promote the development of a bioregional and fairly traded food system    This is good for the environment, for the local economy, and for creating justice by stopping exploitation of producers and workers worldwide, or at least we can do that for those who make the things for our store. Also, since we buy organic products, those workers will not be sprayed with agricultural pesticides. 

We sell only Free Range meats and animal products.  Whenever possible we sell Local organic products in a Fair Trade type relationship, in preference to any products from outside our bioregion.  We serve a lot of specialized diets including vegans, people with scent allergies, people with dairy allergies and celiac people who have a sensitivity to gluten.  There are many types of diets for many types of bodies and lifestyles.

We can help you find  the foods you are looking for.  Maybe we can even help you to figure out what those foods are.  There are a number of excellent Nutritional Consultants in the city.  They can help you design a diet that works for your lifestyle and deals with any health challenges you may be facing.  We can provide the food for that lifestyle.
