Fresh Produce

Fresh Produce

We have a terrific selection of produce, the freshest and most delicious in Regina.  We consistently have the products listed in black, with red colored items available in season.  We try to get local produce as much as possible, with most of it coming from BC, USA and Mexico outside our growing season.

All our produce is certified organic.  This means that it was raised without use of chemical fertilizers, or pesticides.  It also means that the water supply used for irrigation was clean of agricultural chemical residues, and that they used non GMO seed.  If we do occasionally sell something that was raised organically

but from a farm that is not certified, this would be specified on the product with a label that says "non-certified organic".

Our produce gets from the field to the shelf more quickly than mainstream produce, in a few days.  Our local suppliers do even better.  They get the produce from garden to shelf in a matter of hours.  It doesn't get any fresher than that unless you get it from your own garden.
