Hemp products

Hemp is an outstanding food. It has the best complete protein of any plant source, the oil has large amounts of omega fatty acids, with a combination of them thaqt proivides the human body with the perfect ratio of Omega 3 to 6 to 9. Flax on the other hand, has Omega oils, but the ratios are wrong. The body must adapt them to it;s needs. Hemp oil provides just the right mix.

Hemp has a lovely, nutty flavour and is SOOOOO good for you.  Food comes from the seeds, but the rest of the plant is useful too.  It makes clothing, paper, rope and string, sails and nets, even plastics and paint can be made from the oil.  It is bizaare that this healthy and useful plant has been illegal until recently.  To learn more about hemp, try the links at the bottom of this page.
