Nutritional Consultants in Regina.

Sandra Brandt is Regina based nutritional consultant.  She is a former partner at Eat Healthy Foods so i know just how good her cooking is.  I also know that no matter what diet someone is interested in, Sandra can teach them how to prepare the foods for that diet in a way that is absolutely delicious and extremely nutritious.  Whole grain, vegan, macrobiotic are just a few of the diets she can teach about.  And she has been committed to organic food for years.  She teaches cooking classes and diet workshops, and will work with people one on one. Upcoming workshops include:

When?  Each Monday for 4 weeks, 7-9 pm.

Cost is $60 for the full series  (includes the food).
