Seaweed

 Seaweed and Macrobiotic Food Ingredients.

A super food.  Seaweed contains large amounts of all the minerals your body requires.  And, coming from the sea, the balance of potssium to sodium is very good.  Use them in soups and stews, or the powedered form can be used as a sprinkle on salad, popcorn ro mix them into smoothies or fresh juices.  Dried dulse is often eaten as a snack, just as it is.Some ideas on cooking with seaweed are plentiful.
